Join New Frontier USY and Pinwheel USY for a fantasy-themed weekend of exciting programming created and led by your peers — and our first hotel convention in five years!
Event Details
What: Spring Convention
Who: This convention is open to 8th-12th graders; our teens join from across the Bay Area and synagogue membership is not required to attend
When: Friday, April 12 at 3:30pm to Sunday, April 14 at 12:00pm. Teens should be dropped off; teens driving themselves will have their keys held throughout the weekend. Specific instructions regarding arrival will be shared with attendees.
Where: Hilton Concord in Concord, CA
Registration
Early Bird Registration: $365, open through March 23 at 11:59pm
Regular Registration: $399, open through April 6 at 11:59pm
Registration will close April 6 at 11:59pm
What does the registration cost cover?
It's our commitment to provide high-quality, high-value programming and an experience that you and your teens won't forget.
Meals: dinner Friday through brunch Sunday
Accommodations: two nights of hotel stays

We are committed to having a safe and healthy event.
This convention will be staffed by New Frontier regional staff and chapter staff members, all of whom complete background checks and attend training.
USY highly recommends full vaccination against COVID. Teens will be required to take one COVID test at home before attending. You can view USY's COVID policies here.
The safety and security of our teens is our number one priority. Please do not publicly share specific location details about the location and timing of Spring Convention.
Transportation
Chapters arrange their own transportation to and from regional conventions.
Financial Aid
You can apply for need-based financial aid from the New Frontier Regional Fund. This application is embedded within the registration for the program.
